Administration is responsible for the overall operation of TWC and reports to the Board of Directors. The administration is guide by the organization's mission statement: "... designed to provide unique, innovative, and research-influenced mental health service programs to the Greater Northridge, California community."
Openness of mind, collaboration, respect, accurate empathy, passion, intuition, and genuineness represent leadership pillars that guide this administration.
Advocacy has TWC making a persuasive case to policymakers that will benefit the Greater Northridge Community and the Social Work profession. Advocacy focuses on building the message and skills that interns will need in order to be successful advocates at any level in which they engage.
TWC's advocacy will draw upon the published papers found on our website. These research-influenced efforts will serve as the foundation for the advocacy division framework of study and presentation. INSERT APA's meeting!
