Administrative Division

Administration is responsible for the overall operation of TWC and reports to the Board of Directors. The administration is guided by the organization's mission statement: "... designed to provide innovative, research-influenced mental health service programs to the Greater Northridge, California community."

Openness of mind, collaboration, respect,  accurate empathy, passion, intuition, and genuineness represent leadership pillars that guide this administration.
